Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. To best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us at email@example.com. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing, and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. We might still be able to make changes, so try contacting us and we will do our best to make the change.

Yes! for PO boxes, please choose the UPS Surepost option.
US Domestic orders - we collect all the necessary taxes as required by the states we operate in.
International orders - we don't collect VAT/duties/import taxes, and these may or may not be collected by the carrier upon entry to the destination country, and subjected to the country of entry rules and regulations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are currently not set up for exchanges. If you would like to return an item, we will issue a shipping label for domestic returns within the US, and refund the original payment method within 14 days from approving the return with a $7.50 deduction for the shipping cost.
For a return to be approved, the item must be in its original condition, inside its original packaging, and with the original tags and labels attached.
In case an item arrived damaged, we will refund the full amount, without a deduction for the shipping cost.

We are happy to return gifted items purchased online for store credit. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with the original tags attached. You would like to to initiate a return? Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon approving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties, or additional fees that may apply to your order.
Assuming your product is not defective or damaged, domestic returns will be subjected to a $7.5 USD return fee for the shipping label cost.

Please note that we do not currently generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.
PRODUCTS & INVENTORY
We consider ourselves to be a 'Slow-fashion' brand, we only restock when it is absolutely necessary so we don't over-produce and create waste.
Certain collections are part of Saisei's core line, which we restock periodically. We don’t have set dates for our restocks, but we will give you a notice as soon as we have them back in stock. Our Core colors (Raven, Moss, Storm, Cinnamon, Blush, Raw, and Dove) are restocked year-round.
If a product you crave is out of stock on our website, simply fill in your details to subscribe to our newsletter through the form located on the bottom of this page ('Stay in the loop') and we will make sure you get our back-to-stock updates!

Yes! all of our products have an eco-friendly element in them. From recycled materials, through eco-friendly dyeing process, all the way to collecting carbon offsets donations to make our world a better place. You can find each product's special eco-friendly features on our product pages.
Having said that, we are not perfect, and we all have a way to go to make products with an even lower sustainable footprint. We have many ideas on how we will get there, and you can read about some of them on our 'Saisei Lab' page.

Online shopping is great - But manufacturing, shipping, and in turn, the disposal of what we buy, leave a pretty big ecological footprint on our beautiful planet.
Carbon offsetting is certified system in which we calculate the total environmental impact of each order made through our Saisei store. We will then convert the negative impact to a dollar amount that will we invest in 'green projects' like reforestation, water purification, or beach cleaning. These projects will literally help us clean up the mess we made, and make your purchase - Carbon Neutral.
You have to admit, it's pretty cool..!
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to pay for your purchase's environmental impact to be offset into a 'green project' contribution. We calculate and operate the carbon offsetting through EcoCart, which charges an operation fee that is paid by Saisei, regardless of your contribution.
Choosing to pay for your purchase to be "carbon neutral" is effectively making sure your purchase is doing good - good for you, and good for our planet!
