Return's Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order summary or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners still attached. If you ordered an item without an attached tag, please return it with the original packaging.

If you are returning multiple orders, do so separately to avoid processing delays of up to 8 business days from the first refund issuance.

If your order was purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the same gift card.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved and:

  1. Items that were found to be defective or damaged: you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount of the return.
  2. Items that were not found to be defective or damaged but are eligible for a return: you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the full amount of the return as long as returned within 30 days.
  3. Items returned after 30 days will be refunded with a deduction of $7.5 USD for the cost of the shipping label.
